Self-Assessment Questionnaire D (SAQ D) is for Merchants that accept and/or store cardholder data electronically, but not only. PCI DSS SAQ D is a condition of eligibility for merchants and accepted service providers that do not meet other SAQ (A, A-EP, B, B-IP, C, C-VT, or P2PE) criteria.
